Refund policy

No refunds are given for events. If a driver cancels or withdraws for any reason, they must find a replacement to take their spot.

Replacements must be vouched for by the original driver. Your spot is transferable once, and you must notify the organizers of the replacement driver at least 48 hours before the event via email.

No shows will not receive refunds or credits; the cost of the event is forfeited if you do not attend.

Events proceed rain or shine, and refunds are not issued due to inclement weather.

For physical product refunds, a 10% return fee applies.
