NOTE: ALL EVENTS ARE SELF-INSPECTED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOUR CAR PASSES ALL ITEMS IN THIS CHECKLIST. YOU MUST ALSO SUBMIT A SIGNED VERSION OF THIS FORM TO TTD BEORE THE EVENT. IF YOUR CAR DOES NOT PASS ANY ITEM LISTED BELOW OR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT TTD IMMEDIATELY.
